: Not clean, very bad experience. I booked 2 rooms and I got 1. They also stole 200. We need to block 200 with a creditcard but this organisation has 300 apartments in Prague and they never unblocked the creditcard reaervation. We did no harm to the apartment. We only stayed 1 night but they were not prepared to unblock the reservation amount. DON'T makr a reservation with this organisation!

: - we were lucky that we had a central location- it was not that expensive- we needed only for an overnight, checked in 19:30 and left 08:30; we mostly stayed out in the city
: - they have their adress of reception office in booking.com ; then you never know where you will stay.- i tried contacting to reception via whatsapp after i saw comments on booking; they remind you to fill in guest details and enterance time for 3 times, but they reply your question only if you ask again and again (lesson learnt: always check comments!) - i mentioned that i am travelling with my mother, still we had a place without elevator access. - the apartment was not in the one at any of their booking.com listing. What is the idea of having pictures if you are not able to book them anyway! - our apartment was 3 rooms connected to each other, with high ceilings, and every room seemed to be packed with furniture. Every room had a double bed, some had a sofa and tv set; some had other beds, some cupboard and side tables etc. it was a mix of ikea furnitures with very old wooden furniture. - the flooring is alse different from room to room. Wooden ones are noisy, as very old. - bathroom seemed to be renovated, still water was leaking from shower glass side into the floor. No place to hang towels or put shampoo or things- DURING shower, we lost hot water. After some 10-15 mins later it came back to taps. - the kitchen equipment and coffee machine was not appealing to use, and yes without any coffee pod or sugar or similar. - check out means you have to bring back the keys to their office; there is no self check in box etc. - the deposit of 200 euros is a surprise and i hope we dont get a delay of receiving it back. (lesson learnt: always check comments!)
