  : I had a terrible experience with Botel Marina.I received a message directly from the hotel saying my card was declined and that I should make a new payment, otherwise the booking would be cancelled.I made the second payment and it happens it was a scam. I tried to figure it out while I was in the hotel with the staff and they took the responsibility out, saying I should contact Booking.After that, I tried to contact them many times and they completely separated themselves from any responsibility, never tried to help me understand what happened and didnt care at all that I paid twice for my booking or got scammed, although the message was sent by them! They got their money, so didnt care about anything at all. Thats not a way to treat the guests, just because they are already gone and they had their money already. I was very disappointed I didnt have any kind of help from them to solve my issue. If a scam happens on your property and your system is sending messages to the guests, that is your responsibility. This was one month ago and I am still dealing with this issue, since I still didnt get my money back.Very bad experience.
